Animal Number 54 - Requiem for a Band was a 13-track treasure trove of ultra rare tracks from Greg Camilleri's old departed rock band totaling almost 50 minutes. Despite only having one official release, the 4-track "Demo", the band wrote and performed over 80 songs in their three year career. Many of the later tracks, although never recorded in a studio, were discovered in an old source tape featuring lost bedroom studio recordings. The reissue featured a factory-pressed full-color CD in a polymer sleeve.

Mp3s of Animal Number 54 have been floating around the internet for years now, and the band's most popular song "Cruelest Game" has appeared in several independent films.

Members consisted of Greg Camilleri (Vocals and Guitar), Nick Bonardi (lead guitar), Chris Thorne (bass, keyboards and drum programming) and Bink 'aka Robin Silert' (drums).
